What is the procedure if I want to rent an apartment?

2. If the desired apartment is not available, we will send you an exposé with available apartments
3. the apartments are inspected
4. The self-disclosure form must be completed together with attachments and sent to us by e-mail
5. The rental agreement is signed by both parties
6. The deposit/first rent is transferred
7. The apartment is handed over

How is the apartment furnished?

The apartments are equipped with everything that is usually found in a household. These include bed linen, towels, vacuum cleaner/broom, coffee machine, kettle, TV, iron, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc.

How does the handover of the apartment work?

We will arrange an appointment for the handover. In most cases, this can also take place very spontaneously. Before the apartment is handed over, the deposit and the first month’s rent must be transferred (in the case of a short-term handover, proof of the transfer is sufficient). Any defects in the apartment will be recorded at the handover. An inventory list will be drawn up as photo documentation. The keys are handed over and the tenant can move in.

What is included in the rent?

The inclusive rent includes the basic rent and operating costs such as heating, water, gas, green maintenance, hallway cleaning and winter service. Electricity and W-Lan are not included. At the end of the rental period there is a one-off final cleaning fee for the apartment. The exact prices of the cleaning company are set out in the rental agreement.

Can I rent the apartment for an indefinite period?

Yes, the apartments can also be rented for an indefinite period. Some furnished apartments have been rented out for several years.

Is there a janitor service?

We work closely with a house service company. Janitor services such as minor repairs to the building, winter maintenance, green maintenance and cleaning of the hallways are included in the rent. On request, a weekly cleaning of the apartment can be carried out for a fee and an additional housekeeping service can be used.
